Problems with Sure Signal 3

Sure(?)signal V3. Power: On full (not flashing), Internet: solid white, In Service: solid white, In Use: off.

I've rebooted a number of times: same result.

The mobile will not register on the network.

 

Please advise.

I'm afraid none of those links are relevant. I repeat: all light are on steady, apart from In Use (far right) which is completely off. See attached image - all lights that are on are steady.

Do I take it back to the shoip for replacement?

@peterwalshe So we can clarify on this, ts it one phone in particular that won’t register?

 

If so, has the phone had a recent SIM swap?

 

If this is the case, you’ll need to remove and re add the number to the Sure Signal and reset the phone once this has been actioned.
