New SureSignal 3 issues

Can anyone help me with this Suresignal 3.   Couple of issues with a new setup of a SureSignal 3.

(1) I cannot add any numbers within the Vodafone portal - "

(2) 1st light is flashing red and the 4th light is solid orange

 

I have reset it and it made no difference.

 

I have made a DHCP reservation so the static, public IP of the SureSignal 3 is 212.161.81.46

Serial number is as follows - 43171258700

I am having the same problem left light flashing red and 4th light orange solid. No other lights on. Suddenly stopped at 13:00h today. Vodafone support reset and said it would sort the problem but alais no ... any help please

@lmpclark @stateoil The light sequence you're seeing shows an error with your device connecting to the router. 

Please check the connectivity to your router and your router settings.
