Hi all
Tonight i upgraded and ordered an iPhone 5S 64GB Black. I received an email at 21:27 advising order received.
Then at 22:18 i received an email advising "you may have not decided to buy" and i should return to my basket.
I then logged in again and ordered again, via the upgrade button and duly received another order confirmation at 22:23.
I really would like to sort this out and don't know where to start.
Have i by mistake ordered two Iphone 5S?
I have logged into my Vodafone account and it still says i am eligible to upgrade.

I have the very same problem and would very much like to not receive two phones. would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved asap

Hi,
I'm in a similar position. I went to upgrade my phone for the iphone 5s but the webpage crashed whilst confirming so I went to upgrade again, but it seems the first order went through and now I've apparently ordered two 5s'.
Could someone help me out with this?
