Hi, called today and was on hold for 20 minutes then got cut off, then I tried again and was on hold for 15 minutes. I gave up in the end. I only called the second time because I'm a Vodafone mobile customer and wanted broadband from you too. If it's this bad trying to join I'll hate to think how much worse it will be if I was a customer with a query. Vodafone always had good customer service and was able to get through quite fast, but this is very disappointing. Looks like I'll be getting broadband from elsewhere.

Weekends are always going to be busier than weekdays so if you can I'd suggest to call them back on Monday in the Am.

I would never negotiate a contract by phone. I always use chat and then I have a transcript of what was agreed.

 

I recently upgraded my 2 contract phones and moved my broadband to VF. Having a transcript of what was agreed compared to what I am being charged has resulted in nearly £200 of credits.
