New line order

I have ordered a new contract with the iPhone 6. I received an email stating that Vodafone would be in touch, but so far I haven't heard anything from them. I have the order number, but no other details and so I cannot access webchat. Is there an estimated time for Vodafone to confirm the order? I am supposed to be collecting it in store.

Have you checked any spam or trash email in boxes to see if anything from Vodafone has come through.

You can input your Vodafone mobile number after prompted or if issues exist where it won't recognise the number then you can opt to ignore the initial prompts when using the Vodafone LandLine Number option to input a mobile number, and then on approx the 4th attempt it should then change to ask to input 1 for Payg or 2 for Contract Customers.
