New sim = no service

Hi I have just recieved a new upgrade phone and a new sim and it does not work with my SS.

 

i did have the same issue last time i had a new sim in my phone and you did a re boot for me at your end could you do the same again please, i have tryed resetting from this end but no joy, last time you did it, it worked straight away my ss serial number is 21231533809

Hi markmbe,

  

I’ve checked this for you and there has also been a location move detected so I’ve updated this.

 

I’ve re-synced your Sure Signal so to complete this process please perform a factory reset as follows:

 

-Hold in the reset button until all lights go solid

-Pull the power lead out with the reset button still pushed in

-Continue to hold down the reset button and reconnect the power lead

-Wait for all lights to come on and then release the reset button
