Sure signal has been working ok for sometime, went down yesterday, have reset router and sure signal V3 but power light stays on and connection light just keeps flashing, not a tech have done a PingPath which seems to be ok, am so frustrated as i work from home and my mobile does not even divert to me home phone as it cant get a signal, have a virgin super hub, sure signal 40123657609, just want to throw in the bin at the moment.

VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

The traceroute test looks fine and I can see your VSS connected with our servers last night at 7:38pm.
How is the Sure Signal behaving now?
I've forced a resync in case nothing has changed. Please factory reset it and let me know if you need anything else.
