No Power Light since this afternoon

Hi

I've had a version 2 Sure Signal box which has been working fine (other than the usual issues every now and again) but generally it's been fine. It was working fine at 3pm this afternoon but after being out for a couple of hours I've come home and not even the power light is working. 

Please could you advise me if the problem is due to the unit, the charger or something else! I've tried the unit in different plug sockets but still no light. I just find it strange that it would go from working perfectly to grinding to a complete halt in a couple of hours.

Hi alipee,

This could be the actual Sure Signal, the power lead or the plug where it’s connected.

Does it work in a different plug socket?

Do you have a different charger that would fit the Sure Signal to see if this works?

If not or it still doesn’t work, the only option would be to send this away for repair.

They do have a 24 month warranty, but if it’s older than this there would be a £65 charge.
