Sure signal 1 not working

I have the 1st version and am using bt home hub 2.0, I have been successfully using it for a number of year, unfortunately it seems to have stopped giving me a 3G signal. Lights 1,2 & 4 are illuminated.
My serial number is 21230007276
Mi IP address is 86.153.157.2
Speed test Ping 38ms download 2.45mpbs upload 0.58mpbs

Hi Aimeejaid,
Your IP address is on our whitelist and there are no problems with your speed test and ping test.
Make sure you have the following ports open/forwarded on your router:-
Port Number
8 TCP UDP
50 TCP UDP
53 TCP UDP
67 UDP
68 UDP
123 UDP
500 UDP
1723 TCP UDP
4500 UDP
33434 - 33445 UDP
I’ve also resynced your Sure Signal to make certain it’s as up to date as possible.
So that the resync completes, can you do a factory reset for me:-
- Hold down the reset button until all the lights show/flash (about 30 seconds)
- Keeping the reset button held down, remove then re-insert the power lead
- Once all the lights display, release the reset button
- The Sure Signal will come online in about an hour
