No incoming ringtone

Hey

When someone calls me they say that there is no ringtone on their side and that I just answer, the phone still rings on my side. I have had this problem for a while now, and have contacted Vodafone on numerous times about it but still no resolve. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated.

Have you recently ported to Vodafone from another Network?

Does this happen when you perhaps place your sim card in another phone ?

Have Vodafone been able to explain anything ?

Might be worth ringing 191 and ask them to call you back so they can experience the issue. 

It may also be worth just De activating your Vodafone Voicemail and ask someone you know to try ringing you again. 

A last resort would perhaps to have a SIM Swap via a Vodafone Store if this is happening in another phone.
