Hi,
I bought an iphone 6s contract from mobiles.co.uk with Vodafone for my daughter. After nearly two years of usage , I tried getting the phone unlocked and vodafone sent me an email saying "Serial number (IMEI) you provided doesn’t match the one on your account" . I checked with Vodafone and mobiles.co.uk and they both have a IMEI number which matchs between them but entring *#06# i get a different number on the iphone.
I don't know how this could have happened .There has been no problem with the phone my daughter has been using for over 2 years. The Customer support from mobiles.co.uk have asked me to contact Apple store . I don't know how to get this resolved ? Can anyone please help me with my issue ? Will i be stuck with this phone not being able to use it abroad ? Will Apple be able to help me ? Has anyone else faced this problem before ?
