Phone unlocking

Hi there, I've been trying to get a phone unlocked from Vodafone as I got the phone almost 2 months ago, one person saying I have to wait 3 months and others saying this is not necessary as my account is good and been with Vodafone over 5 years. I have called several times, emailed this email, sent is numorous forms and still nothing been done about this. Is there any way I can get my phone unlocked? Thank you

The criteria to unlock a Vodafone locked iPhone is....

Pay Monthly Customer > x3 bills need to be paid on time. 

Payg Customer > 30 days of usage of the SIM in the iPhone making calls etc needs to have elapsed. 

Please do not send in repeated unlocking requests as Vodafones systems can highlight that as a possible fraud issue.
