No mobile data network for over a month

Hi,

I have moved to Vodafone from 3 and ported my number over on the 17th November and ever since have not been able to use the Internet on my phone, except when I have wifi. I have called Vodafone on 191 regularly and I am continually told that it has been escalated again and again, but still nothing is done.

Please can someone look into this for me and fix my phone, it is getting increasingly frustrating and I can't understand why it would take over a month to fix.
