MyVodafone App not working on Iphone 5

Hi

I have recently upgraded from an IPhone 4S to an IPhone 5. My sim is working perfectly with calls and texts working fine. However the MyVodafone app is not working. It was working on my IPhone 4S but not on the IPhone 5. It keeps going back to the screen where it tells me to make sure my wifi is off and the celluar data is on. My WIFI is defintely off and Cellular is on however it keeps going to this screen.

Please HELP!

Please ensure you have the latest version of the app and also the latest software on your iPhone 5.
