Upgrade

Hi!
I upgraded to an iPhone 6 plus on Thursday and was told that I would receive the device in 24 hours but I still have not received it. I was wondering if you could help me. I have tried ringing Vodafone but no one is answering

What time on Thursday? If it was after hours, they wouldn't have dispatched it until Friday so delivery would be Monday +assuming there's stock).

Thank you so much for your help. That would explain why I have not received it yet. Yes it was after hours , 9pm
