Swaped from PAYG to pay monthly seem like a good deal, well week one stuck with a number i did not want but finaly the old number swap comes through, but within a few hours no service. Call and am told it will be sorted in 24 hours. Long wait still no joy, call into the vodaphone shop, they change the sim saying it seems to be the problem, wait 24 hours it will be sorted. Guess what still no joy, and so it has been ongoing for a while , and out comes the money from my account for a service i dont have. Latest another new sim on it's way, and this is the last chance Vodaphone i've had enough, that's why i've aplied for my Prime 7 to be unlocked, and i wll cancel before the 30 days runs out and demand compesation as i've had to use a landline to contact you lot and friends family banks etc etc...

Hi @evilbill007
I am not surprised your unimpressed with this.
It does sound like something is stuck in your Account especially if a Sim Swap hasn't helped.
You have as you mention a Cooling Off period however this forum has Official Vodafone Customer Support Teams here who maybe able to help further. They read all posts so can take a short while to reach you.

I've already sent two e;mails no reply, and told porkys so not impressed by customer service, i doubt if they will be in touch as i've read many others treated the same way. Sadly i made the mistake of changing from Vodaphone PAYG to contract, because i wrongly trusted a company i've been with for 18 years. Tesco moblie that my son is on if far the better company, he had a phone stolen, 3 days later new phone sim and kept his number, that's customer service not the load of S*** i've been getting for 2 weeks.

3 weeks without a moblie, well it's sorted sort of back to PAYG as i'm not getting trapped in a contract with this outfit, all i've been offered is my £15 as credit on PAYG, so not even my money back, well no worries i'm moving to Tesco or O2 for a better service.
