No signal

Had no signal for over a week 

tried to resolve this many times

Still know contact from anyone almost 24 hours later 

even when I get two bars of signal I can't make a call !! 

Im tired of the lack of response and the fact it's been happening a week and it's still

not resolved

I don't have a clue how to do number 6 of trouble shooting 

I was told to post on here and it would be looked into

1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?

yes 

have to sit in the garden to make a call, even when it says i have little signal 

2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs? If you don't want this showing on the Community, add it to your profile here.

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?

not possible, same thing is happening on husbands phone and hes with vodafone

4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?

none i can see, cant make or recieve texts/calls at all 

have to use wifi for everything 

5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?

all

6) When did you first notice this issue?

a little over a week ago

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?

permanent in one location
