Not Receiving OTP from my bank. URGENT!

I have an iPhone XS Max which works just fine. I have exhausted all my options, spoken to my bank (which is abroad) to figure out why I wasn’t getting any OTP’s. They have checked their system and refreshed it but still no luck. I used to receive my OTP’s just fine until recently they stopped coming. Weirdly enough I’ll only get their promotions but no actual OTP. I spoke to Apple and Vodafone but it looks like Vodafone could be the only responsible party here as they didn’t even bother check the system to see what’s wrong. Absolutely disgusting and if it turns out that this is Vodafone I will be sure to change providers immediately. Very furious as I need to transfer money from abroad to here to pay my tuition fees and rent, and Vodafone bill. Tried to reset everything and try my sim on a different phone with nothing at all. I’m so annoyed and irritated. Please someone help!

@Serviced1997 Thanks for following the steps @TJ advised previously. Have you received your reference number? It should look something like this [#12345678] and will have been sent to you in an automated email.
If you have, please let me know this number and I'll gladly check we've received your query.

I'd strongly advise that all bills continue to be paid whilst we look into this, to prevent any problems with your credit file in the future. If the problem is with us, we'll do everything we can to get this sorted as quickly as possible.

I doubt this is a Vodafone issue, tbh, and may well be (as I suggested) down to security at your bank, or even the network the texts are sent from.   However, the forum team will be able to investigate more fully, so hang on for them before you start spending money on lawyers.   I'd also ask your bank whether there's a specific issue with sending codes to a foreign network or, indeed, outside the home country at all.

There's no a lot the fronline customer service people can do as this is quite a technical issue, which is why I recommended waiting for the forum team.

If you explain the problem to your bank,it may also be possible for them to set up another way to gain access to your account.
