Afternoon Voda Reps
QQ Regarding Note 7 Queries etc.
1. Swapouts - Naturally Voda are doing these. The official statement says To call after 19th Sept If you want to exchange for Note 7 device. Will it be a straight Swap For Swap with DPD (IE Their "Swapit" Facility) ??
Can these be done in store? The guys in Crawley said it could be done like for like. I'd just rather not be without my device for more than a couple of days if Im still paying for it.
2. What happens on Siebel in relation to tariffs and billing? Will these be exempt due to the issues? IE Old Tariff still rolling on? Etc

Very much so... They will be no clear process until Samsung decides what to do... I would make a suggestion that if you have a faulty note 7 you exchange it for another device.
Either Samsung will kill the Note 7 now, or this will harm their brand until for a long time to come.

Well, it keeps getting worse. Samsung have now paused production of the Note 7, it doesn't bode well.

Called again today... The order I had done last week for the upteenth time fell through as they didn't have my imei number. However, the guy with me on the line checked notes and the previous order and saw the IMEI there... Another order added today...

Received my exchange today. Only took 3 weeks.
Will be interesting to see Samsung's position given the rumoured suspension of production

That's alright. It can be a pain to read through everything.
The "form" should have been completed on 21 September. That's when I went through it on the phone.
I had a missed call and a vmail left from Vodafone Repairs on Friday afternoon to say that the handset would be delivered Monday (today). I had the DPD app too and it appeared yesterday afternoon
Good luck
