Has anyone actually had their Note7 swapped for another phone yet?

Still waiting. Returned phone to CPW on Wednesday and was told I will have to wait upto 2 weeks for Vodafone to reset my upgrade eligibility. Sold my Note 3 the day before, so currently having to use S3 mini, which to put bluntly is a bit of a downgrade.

I phoned Vodafone to arrange my Note7 to be swapped (for a S7 edge) on Tuesday for Wednesday, didnt happen. Phoned Wednesday and told Thursday - phoned Thursday and told Friday - phoned Friday and told Monday... Smiley Sad

If it doesn't arrive tomorrow I will definately complain. :Sad_face:

Seems strange that there is no single concise way of exchanging. Everybody seems to be told different things. Got my refund for what I paid  upfront straight away on Wednesday when I return it (loved the phone and it never got warm, but you never know). Was wishing the other day I had gone directly with Vodafone, as was told by local store, if I had ordered directly from them, they could of done the exchange that day, but seems to be not the case, judging by your post. Heard anything about the £100 refund? Seen something about it on CPW tweet. I know they are doing it over the pond.

Well the specialist team are ringing everyone by today. But if that happens i will show my ##~## in Burtons window.

I doubt they'll ring anyone.

I cancelled my contract and went onto a sim only deal at £20 for 20gb, there is no way i'm taking out a new 2 year deal for an old phone. I going to use my old HTC one as a stop gap, and will get a S7 off ebay for £370ish next month. This lets me upgrade to the new note 8? when they arrive.  IN the 13+ years I have been a customer with Vodafone (currently 4 contracts) this is the worst I have felt as a customer, absolutely shocking service.
