After a lot of hassle I finally got my number ported but I am unable to receive call or send and receive texts. It's already been a week of hassle trying to get it ported

Hi
It seems you have what is referred to as a Split Port where some services work and some don't yet as the port settles.
One member recently posted a solution that worked for them.
Hi,
Ive just had the sampe 'split port issue'
What worked for me was to dial ##002#
This clears all call/text/data diverts on the account (even though you may have not set any diverts up)
remove the sim for ten minutes then replace.
This worked for me and hopefully may work for others."
If this does not work and the port does not self resolve then you would need to speak to customer service on 191 or Live Chat.
