Hi don’t know if anyone can help my son has a default on his credit file which he wants removed it’s from Vodafone for 190 pounds I’ve rang Vodafone to see if they can trace as it went into default back in 2014 so all we have to go on is name and address he also says he was not ever with Vodafone and I rang Vodafone and they confirmed that his name does not appear on any old accounts can anyone help

You'd just need to make sure you've followed the relevant steps with customer services (Vodafone also have a team on this forum who can help out if need be). If the account is in your sons name then he'd also need to deal with Vodafone directly (unless he's granted you permission to act on his account)
