Can anybody tell me why the online upgrade option does not work, never has, over the years no matter how many times you request you can never find out your options. Very close this time to seeing out the end of my contract and looking at other companies.

I've known people having success by clearing caches and cookies and or using another browser when using the online shop @monoxide
Live Chat or Customer Services on 191 can assist.
My preference is to visit the Highstreet Store so the contract is explained in full , supplied in hard copy and more often thsn not leave with new phone in hand so no having to wait in.
