Only lights 1 and 2 are lit sometimes

My SS v1 works for up to 5 hours and then stops, leaving only light 1 and 2 on.  I then reset it and again it will work for a few hours and then stop with light 1 & 2 on.

I have bought a new power supply but it has not rectified the problem.

I have carried out hard reset still problem

Ping is 31ms

I have a D/L speed of 130.14Mbps and U/L Speed of 8.73Mbps.

Having spoken to the tech team on 22 April it was decided it could be the box itself, so I bit the bullet and bought the SS v3.

Transferred within 45 mins and have no problems with it at the moment.
