Currently my line has the following error counts over 23 hours uptime :
FEC Corrections | 155 | 165719 |
CRC Error | 13 | 193 |
I think the junction box outside the house is the source of the problem (or possibly from there to the nearby pole), and whilst I dont want to do it this month, I do feel that it is something that Openworld need to check (and earn their possible £150 an hour) - is it something that I can get an agent to organise over the online chat ?

If it's a fault in the Openreach network you won't get charged for a callout (unless it's been caused by someone tampering) You only issue will be actually getting an engineer at a sensible time

I am assuming it is an outside problem. However, it's quite feasable it isn't (although no tampering has been done!)
