is it just me or has anyone else had problems when ordering online to collect in store, the only reason i ordered like this was it said available to collect instore that day, this was on friday its now wednesday and still no phone... surely vodafone should not advertise this if its not true. Im without a phone and they taken the upfront payment so im stuck waiting, Im really fed up with being fobbed off online chat and on the phone and the store dont want to know unless i have a message to show them....

everyday ive been told 24/48 hours and still nothing

Hi

 

I agree click and collect should work that way. It works seamlessly if they have the phone available to send to the store. 

 

The stores has its own pool of stock separate away from online orders which they can't use to satisfy your order. 

 

Check for emails in any spam folders too.
