Order Tracker

Can someone please advise why the Order Tracker on the Home Page of the Website only works some of the time, the rest of the time it just goes back to the homepage.

Have you tired clearing caches and cookies and or tried another browser. 

Vodafone read all posts so I'm sure this will be fed back too.

Yes, I've tried various machines and cleared caches etc but it is very hit and miss

I agree it's frustrating when Tech support glitches.
