Hey guys, I ordered a PAYG SIM last week but havent heard anything yet.. I went to the tracking your order page, but it only supports 16 digit ordder numbers and the one I have is 11 digits. Is there anyway to track a PAYG SIM order and see what happened? I need it for tomorrow and thought ordering last week would be good enough, but now Im worried.

Perhaps try Live Chat and they'll be able to clarify if rhe sim has been despatched.
Or if convenient pick one up from your local Vodafone store or some convenience and discount shops sell them for usually a £1

Thanks for the reply,
I tried online chat but they transferred me to someone else and closed the session. Then I tried again and it shows chat offline. I would pop into the store, but as I already paid 30 pounds for sim and data bundle it would be a waste.. I guess thats why im a little nervous..

Ok now I understand as I wasn't aware of that information from your opening post.
Unfortunatley it maybe slightly delayed due to the time of year and the extra post that happens at this time.

Thanks, would be a good idea to have a online tracker for these orders though, would probably help reduce uneeded chat time or phonecalls to support though :smileywink:

A while ago when I ordered a Payg Vodafone SIM card I received an email confirming despatch and it arrived a few days later.
I chose not to purchase Credit.
I hope you receive it soon.
