I'm hoping a Mod can advise me on this. I had an SMS on my Vodafone 3g Modem at the end of October that I had used an extra £20.00 of moible internet - I couldn't see how but I have been a bit busy. Reset my counter on November 1 and have since been told I've now used an etra £40.00 - I have a 5GB a month contract and the counter currently shows 402 mb. I contacted 191 today and had an odd conversation with somebody who inisted I had used 560 GIGABYTES in 5 days... Apparently it was to be escalated to a supervisor and that was the last I heard of it. The line went quite and shortly afterwards disconnected.
Any advice as to how best to sort this out will be welcome!

THank you Ian C - I had a further SMS advising to ignore the previous one which had been sent in error as my account hadn't been updated. So I THINK it's sorted, though not 100% certain.

After the SMS advising that the previous message was in error, I now had a further SMS advising me that I now have gone £50.00 over my limit - I've only used 600 mb since November 1 so what on earth is going on?

I tried to contact via Chat but your systems were don or being updated and it was not possible to access my account, apparently. I'll have another look at the link Ian gave me.
