Hi
in April my contract ended and to see me to September and the new iPhone I took out a sim only plan which with the vat would total £24.50 a month...which included a 40% discount applied at billing.
First month I was billed correctly, then £45 the next month...£35 for the following 2 months?
after many phone calls the last bill was correct and my account was credited. So my question is will the credit be used against my future billing as the last bill did not take this into account....

If the Credit is showing as available in your account then yes @Karllew it should be used on your bill. Sometimes the date the Credit was applied to the bill produced date csn clash.
Customer Services on 191 or Live Chat can access your account / billing to check.
