Can I request my PAC code be sent by text message ?

Yes it's either sent by text within a couple of hours or given straightaway over the phone. 

You do however have to speak with Customer Services on 191 first as you can't text Vodafone to ask for the Pac Code as they have to take you through security protocols.

I'm having problems as I'm with yes telecom on a Sprint account with Vodafone. The email address on my account isn't mine and I've been told I have to change it before I can be sent my PAC code. When I call 191 I'm put through to the agent who originally set up my account. And I don't seem to be able to contact anyone else. Yes telecom is a part of Vodafone so I'm frustrated as to why this is so complicated.
