PAYG Confused !

Hi my daughter has just bought a sim from our local shop for an old iphone given to her by my father in law. We just want to buy a pay as you go deal, but they all seem to expire after 30 days !!! not really pay as you go then.

Do they acutally do a pay as you go deal that will last until the stated text and call time have expired even if it took 2 months ?

Vodafone has two Payg tariffs. 

Big Value Bundle where your top up is used to pay for the allowances which last for 30 days. Your Data can roll over for one more month. 

Freebie Tariff where again you top up and get allowances that last for 30 days but with freebie your top up isn't taken to pay for the allowances. You can then use your top up to use when your allowances are exhausted.
