PAYG Data

Hi all!  I bought a Mobile wifi thing today from pc world.  It says it comes with a free 1GB of data but I can't for the life of me figure out how to activate the data.  It's nearly driven me insane just trying to register the damn thing -  I'm at the point of throwing it at the wall. There's no code on any of the paper work that came with it. I've read enough to know I have to top up then buy a data pack but how the for-goodness sake do you do that when you're using the free included data??? Aaaaaarrrrggggghhhhhh!!!

All help gratefully received!

Thanks, Sarah

There are hundreds of other topics which haven't had responses for years. So the time factor is totally irrelevant. There must be another explanation.

Hi all

We regularly archive older and inactive threads to make it easier to navigate the forum and to avoid clutter. Sometimes a thread may not have any new posts but is visited often. In cases like this the thread will remain on the forum. Please note that we do not remove threads or posts purely because they are negative.

The thread which DrJ is discussing has been archived due to inactivity.

Please don't insult my intelligence by pandering such specious claptrap.

This board has one hundred and fifty four pages of topics but only fourteen of those have a response within the last year.

In other words there are one hundred and forty pages of obsolete topics. You can't tell me that all those are visited "often"

Yet one of the most useful ones to which I've been referring people frequently over the last 12 months has been censored away!
