Hi there, my mate told me about upgrading because my Phone is steam powered and I've never upgraded since the early '90s when I took out my first contract.
So, anyhow, my mate told me to go for one of they iPhones. So when I look at iPhones on my upgrade list, I see 'em and they say , like "£60 up front" (which I'm assuming is a one off payment when you pick that plan). Then it will say, like £42 a Month.
My Question is :-
Is that on top of my Current Monthly fixed charge ?
When do I stop paying it (I'm assuming it's at the end of the 24 Months of the new Contract period, but it doesn't actually SAY so anywhere)
Thanx

Yes the £60 your looking at is a one off upfront payment for the iPhone.
Once you agree to the upgrade tariff and iPhone your old contract will be wound up and your new upgrade contact then started for another 24 Months.
Depending on your thoughts on wanting the newest phone etc bear in mind the new iPhone 8 ( or whatever they call it ) will have its Apple Keynote in September and released not too far after that.
What can then happen is that upfront costs can occasionally drop. Just a thought.
