Permenant Red Light only on Sure Signal

The sure signal hasn't been working for some time, after I performed a full reset, the flashing phone and internet lights will flash, then go out leaving the power light.

The Sure Signal last made contact with our servers on the 01/10/2012. Was if unused for sometime? As it appears to have been suspended in which case you will need to buy a new one.

Hi Team,

Yes it has been inactive for sometime, so basically it can not be reactived, as I wouldn't have thought there is anything wrong with the actual device?

That's correct! We can't remove the suspension form the VSS.
