Personal hotspot

Everytime I go to put my personal hotspot on it keeps asking me to set it up an I don't have a clue how to do

Can someone help me please

Hi, are you pay monthly or payg? You can't do hotspot on payg.

Am on pay as you go but why can't you do it on pay as you go if you don't mind me askin ?

Its Vodafone policy I believe.

I am having the same problem. Is this still an issue for Vodafone PAY? Basically every time I try to do anything with this network I can't. Charging for iMessage is a joke!!!
I now can't create a hotspot. It directs me to Vodafone website which is as good as useless. I can't connect to live chat (it says connection is down) and so I rang the phone number and can't reach a person - I just get directed to yet another Vodafone web page. No support whatsoever

@Anniehen Personal hotspot / tethering is not available for PAYG customers.

If you send an iMessage using wifi there is no charge as it does not go through Vodafone's network. How are you trying to send it?

Same as me very frustrating going round in circles it's their T&C's they said it's the settings on your personal hotspot are changed 😉
