Hi
I have recently changed phones and sim card but with the same number and my phone now will not connect to my Sure Signal - been trying for weeks now.
Serial Number is: 40132126430
Can't change owner as only one phone attached to the sure signal.
Can someone reset it for me?

Update - looked at the troubleshooting guide and my light sequence is not listed.
I have:
Power light solid on
second light slow flash
third and fourth off
Any ideas?

Further update - tried a tracert to the VSS and got this:

Hi puzzlelogic,
Your traceroute looks fine.
That light sequence means that the Sure Signal is being configured (updating or connecting). If left uninterrupted, it should then work fine.
If you’re still problems with this, try a reset as follows:
-Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.
-Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.
-Once the lights come back on, release the button.
The Sure Signal will be back online in around 1 hour.
