Hello there
I wonder if someone can help!
I've had my Sure Signal 3 for months now and it just doesn't seem to quite work right.
My phone (iPhone 6) only seems to connect to the Sure Signal once I reset it. If I leave the house and then come back, it just doesn't connect - unless I do a further reset.
Any ideas on how to fix this?!

Have you tried removing your number and re registering it.

Yup - tried that - and it works immediately afterwards, but then has trouble connecting again!
And checked the FAQs!

The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
