Problems with Sure Signal 3

Hi,

My sure signal 3 has stopped working and has no lights on at all. We live in a rural area and rely on our sure signal to work for reception.

Speed Test - 9.9 mb download 0.91 upload

Ping Test - 19ms

IP - 90.196.86.108

Serial Number - 0C4C3907A59A

Not sure how to do a traceroute from a tablet?

I've checked all of the connections on my suresignal and have tried plugging it in to other sockets to make sure that's not the problem. I've tried to reset it several times as well with no joy

The device could have developed a fault that cannot be end user rectified. 

The Sure Signal Device comes with a 24 month warranty.

As your Sure Signal has no lights on at all, it sounds like it's faulty.

If the device is still within warranty (24 months), please speak to Live Chat so we can arrange a replacement.

Unfortunately if it's not within warranty, you'll need to purchase a new Sure Signal.
