Hi just recently upgraded to an iPhone 5s from a 4. Kept the same number and done a sim swop, so an ideas how to reconnect to the sure signal?

Hi Andrew

 

It should reconnect automaticaly, since your SIM was swapped it can take a few hours for it to update on your sure signal. If it hasnt worked by midnight tonight one of the forum guys should be able to force a resync.

One of the guys should be along soon, not sure what their SLA is for answering but if you post your SS serial number they should be able to sync it for you.

Welcome to the eForum.

 

If you can de register and re-register the Vodafone Sure Signal.

 

Once this has been done, turn your phone off and on again within the proximity of the device.

 

If this doesn’t allow the Vodafone Sure Signal to work, let us know the light sequence you can see.
