Please check / add IP Addresses to Whitelist

Hi,

 

We are an ISP and it looks like you are blocking our new IP range which is effecting our customers with Vodafone Sure Signal Devices.

 

Please can you check and add 185.82.156.0/22 to your IP whitelist

Can I double check that the whole subnet 185.82.156.0/22 was added to the whitelist.
Ip address range from 185.82.156.1 to 185.82.159.255.

 

I can see from the link below that one of our customer's IP address within this range had to be added recently to the whitelist. (185.82.159.246)

We have a customer who is on 185.82.158.206 who can't connect to his Vodafone Sure Signal Device.

 

Please let me know if the whole subnet had been added to the whitelist.

Ip address range from 185.82.156.1 to 185.82.159.255.

 

We have just had another customer confirm they are not able to connect their ip address is 185.82.158.140.

The whole range has now been opened. Please allow up to 24 hours for the change to take affect.
