Please de-register my sure signal box

Hello,  I have a sure signal box that I used a couple of years back on an old vodafone account.   I now have a new account and when I try to register it, it says it is allready registered.   I spent a fair amount of time on the phone to an Indian girl today who assured me that she had de-registered it.  As I suspected, she hasnt.   It's serial is 21230238137.
