:smileymad: These message are really beginning to annoy me!!!!!!!!!
I have logged in twice now to confirm my post code and keep getting these text message and emails. Please stop it.
Now I have a VSS that has no lights. Grrrrr...
VODAFONE PLEASE STOP IT.
It can't be beyond the wit of man to come up with a solution to
distinguish is a VSS has really changed location and
when a customer logon to their account and confirms the post code, update the system to stop sending texts and DON’T disconnect the VSS
Please tell me why my VSS has stopped working …..again! Sn 40120520271.

I can see you’ve updated the location details today, just before you posted.
Have the texts now stopped?
If your Sure Signal isn’t working, try a factory reset:-
For version 2
For version 3
If this doesn’t fix the issue, can you post the following information please:-
Your speed test results from here.
Your ping test results from here.
Your external IP address from here.
The results of a traceroute.
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
Can you also let me know what lights you're seeing?
