Poor WiFi on home broadband

I am so unhappy with Vodafone home broadband. It constantly drops out and I would like to cancel early to get out of this situation, please help?

Are you within your 30 day cooling off period  ?

If so you can cancel without fee's. 

If your over 30 days then an early termination fee maybe applied. 

I'd suggest to call the Dedicated Broadband Team via Contact-us. to discuss your options. 

May I ask what if any troubleshooting tips you've tried ?

Are you connected via Wi-Fi or Ethernet Cable  ?

Have the Broadband Team advised anything to remedy the Issue. 

It can take from 10 days to very occasionally 30 days for things to settle but the 30 days would be close to the cooling off period. 

Some have found better results using their own Router but the Vodafone Connect Router should do the job ?

What are your speed tests and ping results. I use the Ookla Speed test software to check mine.
