Since porting my number from 3 on the 17th Nov, I can not get on the Internet on my phone, except for using wifi.
Reading other posts, this is obviously a problem a lot of people are experiencing and it seems that some people have successfully had the problem resolved.
Please can someone at Vodafone tell me what the problem is, why it is taking so long to sort the problem out and how much longer I am expected to wait until my phone will work properly? I have called through on 191 several times and been given 24-48 timeframes, which were obviously not kept to, but more recently the advisor said he didn't want to lie to me, so wouldn't give me any time frame! This is so frustrating.
