Recently i switched to Vodafone from 02 gave my pac code and got a message porting was completed on last Friday and guess what now i cant receive calls was on the phone to Vodafone on Saturday for 1 hour and 20 mins then they passed me onto the porting team who said it will sorted out, i was excepting many things from Vodafone am very disappointed. PLEASE GUYS SORT THIS OUT I GOT MANY IMPORTANT CALLS COMING IN, THAT I CAN'T RECEIVE. Many Thanks

I have seen past threads similar to yours which is referred to as a Split Port which is at account level.
The porting teams which your issue has been taken up by is st the right place.
I hope this is resolved asap for you.

Hi there, i understand but the question is when as i said am missing very important work related calls. please can you speed up the process and am in desperate need of help and if that cant be done, i would require some sort of discount of my next bill. Many Thanks
