I have been having some issues with my sure signal since my IP address has changed.
Can you please check that the new IP address is on your whitelist?
the number is 82.152.183.13
I have asked this question many times to your online support team but have not yet recieved a definate answer.
here are the results from the troubleshoot test:

Hi @A_R_D511
Since you've already gone through the troubleshooting guide (kudos for that!) you've already posted all the infor needed. One of the Vodafone team should be able to clarify whether your IP address is being blocked, it might take them a day or two to get to your post so you'll need to sit tight.
