Power cut, please can I have another reset

we have had another power cut which has stopped our sure signal, please can someone reset it? it worked last time.

Hi rudshers, 

Your Sure Signal is running an old Firmware version which could be causing an issue.

I've had the new version sent to your device now, please don't perform any resets for the next 24 hours and keep the Sure Signal plugged in.
