Hi HHGTTG,
Many thanks for your post here and I'm sorry to see that you have had issues seeing your balance using the Vodafone Mobile broadband dashboard.
So that we can look into this for you please can you confirm which version of the dashboard you are using?
Does the dashboard show everything else OK including the connection status?
Have you tried to install version 10.1? if not i would give this a go first and see if you still get the same error.
If you can let us know we will be able to test this for you.

Many thanks for confirming which version of VMB you are currently running.
I believe this is fixed in the latest version of Vodafone Mobile Broadband.
Would you be able to try the latest version (10.2) and let me know how you get on?

I have version 10.1.0.25677 and I'm having this issue it's only started the last couple of days
