Probelms getting started with Sure Signal

I set up a new Sure Signal last night. It took a long to set up, but then was working on 2 iPhones for a a few hours. However, this morning there is no service again on both phones. 

 

What do I need to do to get this working please?

It worked great yeaterday, but today the phones are not picking up the signal again.

 

@BonitaB - Do your phones have 4G turned on? If so, please turn the 4G off as this can sometimes interfere with the connection.

 

If that isn't applicable, turn the phones off and on again to see if they reconnect.

The phone is set to 3G. I have tried turning off & on, but still not working.

 

@BonitaB - Sorry to hear that the issues are still happening. I've done a resync of your Sure Signal so please leave it connected, this will also allow for any updates to happen.

Still nothing happening, how long should this take please?

 

@BonitaB - It's usually within 24 hours, how's your Sure Signal now? I've just checked and can see we had contact with it last night at 6.57pm?

It's working again thank you!

After working fine over the last ffew days, it has stopped AGAIN! All the light showing as working, but phones not connecting!

 

Is there something I need to do to stop this happening?

 

 

@BonitaB - Could there be something that's interfering with the signal where you have it plugged in? Everything seems fine from our end, if it carries on I'd recommend a repair.

WHat sort of things could be interfering with it?
